At Soul Anchor Coffee, we believe the best conversations and connection happen over a perfect pour. Founded to serve Columbia and all of Missouri, we bring a high-end specialty coffee experience directly to you. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate gathering, or even a birthday, our mission is to provide more than just caffeine—we provide a grounded space to pause, connect, and enhance human connection.

Meet Brenden & Abi

We’re the faces behind the cart! Our journey with Soul Anchor began with a simple shared love for a great cup of coffee, and more importantly the way it brings people together. Our mission rests on two non-negotiables: exceptional coffee and deeper relationships. We hold fast to the belief that while the beans are the craft, the people are the purpose. As Mizzou alumni and Columbia locals, we wanted to take that "neighborhood café" feeling and put it on wheels, bringing that warm and memorable coffee shop atmosphere to your event.

We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf.

Equipment

We believe that a great event experience is not only accomplished by professional service and warm hospitality - but with world-class equipment. Our cart uses the LUCCA A53 Pro Espresso Machine and the Eureka Atom W 75 Espresso Grinder to ensure that your drink tastes amazing whether you barely drink coffee or you own your own shop.
